  • Billing information: payment card details processed and stored by Stripe — we never store your raw card number
  • Usage data: streaming activity, data usage, server status, CPU and memory metrics from your assigned server
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and access logs
  • Communications: emails you send to [email protected]

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the iRLStar service
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional emails such as verification, billing reminders, and account alerts
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Monitor and improve service performance and security
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

  • Resend — transactional email delivery
  • Cloudflare — DNS, DDoS protection, and bot verification via Turnstile
  • DigitalOcean — cloud infrastructure hosting

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we may retain certain data for up to 90 days for legal and operational purposes, after which it is deleted. Server status logs are retained for 31 days.

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including:

  • HTTPS encryption on all connections
  • Passwords stored as salted hashes — never in plain text
  • Database accessible only from localhost — not exposed to the internet
  • Rate limiting and brute force protection on all sensitive endpoints
  • Regular automated database backups
