These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of iRLStar ("we," "us," or "our"), a live streaming relay service operated as a sole proprietorship in California, USA. By creating an account or using iRLStar, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

iRLStar provides a cloud-based streaming relay service that allows users to relay live video streams to platforms such as Kick.com. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use iRLStar. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Free Trial

iRLStar offers a 5-day money-back guarantee to new customers. If you are not satisfied within the first 5 days of your initial payment, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked. Refunds are not available after 5 days or for subsequent billing cycles.

5. Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you subscribed.
• You may choose between automatic monthly billing or manual renewal. For manual renewal, you will receive a reminder email before your subscription expires.
• If a payment fails, we will notify you and retry. After 3 failed attempts, your account may be suspended.
• All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your account will remain accessible until the end of the current billing period, after which access will be terminated. We do not provide automatic refunds on cancellation, but may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use iRLStar to:

• Stream content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iRLStar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
